OUR PROCESS:
MACH IV’s meticulous process is designed to deliver success for our clients. From initial site visits for building assessments to soil and site survey confirmation, we provide clear communication to all parties. With vast experience across several building materials, (including structural and light-gauge steel, precast or cast-in-place concrete, masonry and wood) our team understands each advantage and limitation when closely advising clients from preliminary to final design.
At MACH IV, we start with a complete structural analysis to meet code for client-specified or industry required loads. Once established, structural construction documents are created for construction bidding purposes, as well as state and municipal review. Similarly with existing structures, we assess load and repairs to meet code for new loads or equipment gantries and foundations.
New Construction
For new construction, MACH IV works hand in hand with architects and our team of civil engineers- ensuring every detail is covered with budgetary and scheduling constraints.
Existing Construction
